The staff at the reception were warm, friendly, polite and helpful. The check-in and check-out was simple and quick. We were given good local information on transport, location and restaurants. The room was excellent: both living space and bathroom were ample and comfortable. The bed was soft and everything was clean. It was quiet, too.
Great location, in alley just off the Fenice theatre, just 6 minutes walk from St Mark’s Square. Nice lobby, tastefully decorated.
