Budget & Affordable Hotels in Venice
A Selection of Affordable hotels in Venice
Above: Hotel Tiziano, Venice
Much as we would all like a luxury stay at the Gritti Palace or Cipriani, sometimes we have to settle for more affordable accommodation while in Venice.
Affordable, budget-conscious or cheaper hotels and B&Bs in Venice doesn’t necessarily mean worse. In fact there are some lovely hotels at the cheaper end of the scale in Venice (and when some of the luxury hotels are charging over 1000 a night, it allows you to save a lot of money).
It is also worth considering that in peak times (during festivals, Carnivale, high summer etc), accommodation will be more expensive. If you are able to book off-peak you will save money).
Here’s a brief selection of well-rated hotels etc that will help you to save money in Venice. All prices and ratings were listed in March 2024.
