About Casino di Venezia
Founded in 1638, Venice Casino now has two locations – Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, a Renaissance palace overlooking the Grand Canal and Ca’ Noghera , a modern building near Marco Polo airport.
Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, on the Grand Canal, was the home of many prominent people through history. It is mainly remembered as the place where composer Richard Wagner died. There is also a Wagner museum here (see our Wagner page).
The two locations have different games but include traditional French gaming tables (Chemin de Fer, Punto Banco, French Roulette), plus Caribbean Poker, Fair Roulette, Black Jack, Texas Hold’em and slot machines.
For more information view the website.
Dress code here is “respectable”. The management reserves the right to deny admission. Adults only (18+) and you must have some form of ID (passport, driving licence etc).
