The location is absolutely perfect. Very comfortable bed with good quality mattress (quite difficult to find in even some 5-star hotels). Waterbus stop right in front the entrance.
Beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. Having a Juliet balcony over the water was also a pleasant surprise. Staff were very helpful with bags, and with giving us some pointers about good places to eat, out the way of the tourist traps, too. Some very good bistros and trattorias nearby as well – we recommend Al Timon.
the staff was very friendly, willing to offer restaurant recommendations and provide a map for Venice. The room was comfortable, and while the hotel is small, it’s very clean and definitely met my expectations.
