The location is fantastic: views of the canal, close to Arsenale (and the Venice Biennale), and San Marco.
The room was airy and very spacious. It is just 2 mins walk from the waterboat station.
We liked everything. The hotel is excellently located. Cozy rooms, nice breakfast, helpful staff. We would definitely come back.
