The location is good. Immediate beside Grand Canal, from the rooftop, it’s amazing. Water bus stop is at outside of door.

The location was brilliant, right on the grand canal next to a ferry stop. We took the waterbus and water taxis everywhere, even from the airport. A great way to avoid the crowds and see Venice at its best.
Great location along the Grand Canal that made it easy to get to by boat with all our luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!
The hotel is beautiful and in a great location! It was a treat to enter and exit the front of the palazzo on the Grand Canal.
